For returns, please bring or send the product, accompanied by the receipt, to the store or talk to our sales representative when they call.

If the goods are faulty or were incorrectly supplied by OFFICE EXPRESS, we are happy to offer you a refund or a replacement will be provided.

For a special order, we will only exchange the product and a re-stocking fee may be charged.
